You can join the sessions and get the training without a website, this workshop is designed to be a hands-on experience so it is best to have an active hosting and WordPress Install at the time of the workshop. No, we will be using a lot of the drag and drop and click and type functionality available in WordPress. You will only need custom code if you want something very specific design or functionality in WP but will not use that in this class.

Yes, we are going to review Affiliate Marketing during the monetization portion of the workshop. Affilate marketing is sharing other people's products and getting paid a commission for the referral. This is a great way to start a profitable website and can even lead to assisting you with creating your own products if you choose to do so down the line

Yes, This is a per-seat workshop every registrant will receive one link to join the live Zoom calls and one link to watch the replays, if you have additional team members who would like to join the live calls or have their own login to replays they will need to purchase a separate registration seat.

Yes, every website has hosting and domain fees. Hosting is where your site lives and usually costs about $100-150 per year, and the domain is $20. In addition, to the hosting and domain, WordPress has a lot of free and paid add-ons (known as themes and plugins) available for custom layouts and functionality. Where possible we only recommend free or freemium addons in this workshop, but you will be prepared to use a paid add-on if you'd like a specific item.

Yes absolutely, for the Website-building portion of the workshop, we are going to go step by step through every feature of WordPress some may be familiar to you, and others you will learn. For the content and monetizing portions of the workshop, this will apply to anyone who wants to start making more from their website so it will definitely benefit you.

If you have specific questions or concerns with your site, I recommend getting the VIP add-ons so will will have more time to dig into your specific site in the VIP calls. The class calls are group calls with a set agenda and may not have time to trouble shoot each issue on an existing site.
